Ibusibuk Junior Partnership Executive (Orami)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing and potential brand partners.- Negotiate with brand partners to attract partnership deals and ensure that the partnership aligns with the business' objectives and strategy.- Gain a thorough understanding of partners' offerings and preferences to build mutually beneficial partnerships.- Produce reports and conduct evaluations to determine the partnership's effectiveness and future improvements.- Work closely with Mmarketing and Ccreative team in executing the partnership.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Male or Female between 22-28 years old.- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.- Have at least 1 years of experience in Partnership, Sales, or Business Development from digital marketing agency, media, publisher, KOL agency, or e-commerce.- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and tracking is an advantage.- Excellent strategic thinking and negotiation skills.- Able to work in a team and independently.- Adaptable and a fast learner with a can-do attitude.- Highly persuasive with good communication and interpersonal skills.
