The founders have built 3 large businesses in the Ed Tech space ( >$ 200 Mn) and the team includes founding engineers of unicorns, PhDs, ex-Amazon scientists, ex-Pixar designers, IIT, Harvard grads.What does a Maths Teacher do?The position involves designing K-10 Maths academic content for AI learning modules(like content, infographics, simulations, etc) to supplement problem-solving and ML model understanding.The core objectiveThese modules must be interesting, engaging, interactive, and provide the highest quality learning while being accessible to students anywhere anytime.Roles & Responsibilities- Maths content design and Quality check for high school or secondary grades suitable for online learning.- Incorporating the best pedagogical practices into the assurance of Quality.- Granularizing content into bite-size units and identifying key learning objectives to create lesson flows that enhance students' learning.- Curate the learning content based on specific requirements- Designing strategic interventions to assess student learning and engagementMust-have skills- Previous experience of teaching IB( International Baccalaureate) Curriculum is preferred;- Math teaching experience;- Bachelor's degree in Education with a specialization in Mathematics, or equivalent;- Ability to work collaboratively;- English language certificate;- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;- Organized, flexible disposition;- A thorough understanding of best practices in teaching- Ability to learn, adapt and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment**Benefits**:1.
