Job Description
As part of the AirAsia's People Connections team, you will be supporting the People Operations team on the daily Recruitment team support, Onboarding & Process Improvement.
You should be passionate about supporting Recruiters where hiring speed and hiring standards are high.
You also enjoy working in an ambiguous environment where speed and customer obsession are key attributes for success.
**Responsibilities**
**Recruitment Support & Onboarding**
- Support day-to-day activities associated with Recruitment including but not limited to Interview Scheduling and conducting background checks.
- Assist on scheduling and coordinating Onboarding and New Employee Orientation appointments and ensures that access for new hires are readily available.
- Ensures that the Interview scheduling request is supported in a timely manner.
- Updates the team on background check results and upload the documentation on the HR system.
**Process Improvement**
- Work with People Operations Manager on any documentations of new processes.
- Creates user guides or reference guides for allstars on new processes.
- Develops and participates in the implementation of new systems and processes.
**To be successful on this role, you need**:
- Attention to details and copywriting skills.
- Highly organised and able to communicate and interact well with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to understand the HRIS system and proactively move task on the system and get them automated
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and make independent decisions and judgments in keeping with the position level.
- Ability to use advanced techniques in spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software
