As an HR Officer, you will help shape a work environment where employees can grow, contribute, and thrive.
This role covers recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR operations to support our businesses across Indonesia.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate recruitment activities—from job postings to interview arrangements and onboarding.Support employee engagement programs, CSR activities, and internal communication.Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking development plans.Handle HR administration, including contracts, employee records, and HRIS updates.Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance.Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and SCG's internal policies.Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee queries.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.0–3 years of HR experience; fresh graduates with strong internships will be considered.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
