Job Description: Coordinate with Project Manager, Finance & People Manager to identify new member needs (for tech & non-tech roles) Determine selection criteria, coordinate with project manager Issuing letters like employment agreement, offering letters, etc. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Requirement:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Information Technology, or equivalent. Final semester student are welcome Preferably have experience as a headhunter or Recruiter. English is a must. Have a high speed to find the best candidate. Have a strong recruitment strategy.
