Human Resources Intern

We're Niagahoster, a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services. To provide a wide range of support to various HR programs & operations (recruitment, OD, employee engagement, clerical, and administrative), we're looking for a Human Resources Intern. S/he will resolve all HR tasks given in a timely manner and the highest standard. Meanwhile, s/he will experience the dynamic remote working with inspiring teams. Responsibilities:
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks;
Screening resumes and application forms;
Sourcing prospective candidates by utilizing various methods including internet job boards, LinkedIn, ad-reply, networking, direct sourcing, etc.;
Calling up prospective candidates for job pitch;
Following and supporting our recruiter in interviews and meetings;
Screening applicants' skills based on their resume and through interviews;
Prepare HR-related reports as needed;
Provide analysis & research report on various HR project;
Participate in organizing company events and career days.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering. College students are encouraged to apply;
Experience in HR-related field;
Familiarity with an HR system, ATS, and resume databases;
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting;
Organizational skills;
Task management skills;
Excellent interpersonal & communication skill;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Fast learner;
Avid interest and proficiency in IT;
Proficient in English.
