**Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the full spectrume of HR functions such as recruitment process, organizational development, talent management, compentation and benefits, employee relation, and HR systems.
- Develop and align HR strategies with company goals to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
- Design organizational structure and competency standards based on business needs.
- Provide insights and recomendations on workface planing, organization development, and talent management.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employement laws, regulations, and company policies.
**Job requirement**
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or Industrial Engineering.
- 8-10 years of profesional experience in HR functions, relevant to HR Management (Reputable university).
- Excelent leadership and interpersonal skill
- Exceptional organizational and problem solving abillities
