Persyaratan
Minimum 3-5 years experience as Human Resource Manager
Bachelor's Degree in any field (Preferably Psychology Degree or Human Resource Management)
Have experience in the construction industry
Understand KPI Assessment
Knowledge in all Labor Regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan, etc)
Able to operate Microsoft Office
Understand HR Management and Industrial Relation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with all level
Can speak English actively, passive is NOT accepted
Available to join as soon as possible Tanggung Jawab
Implement policies and procedures that have been determined Human Resources
Perform career planning performance evaluation & assessment
Monitoring all HR team subordinate
Review monthly and annual budget plans
Ensure all employees understand & comply with the HR and company policies or procedures
Review company & all dept policies, procedures and regulation
Develop Company Organization Structure
Conduct a job analysis process of each position in the structure
