Recruiting new staff and managing recruitment process,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency,
- Handling the onboarding of new hires and offboarding process,
- Ensuring employee data is correct and up to date,
- Running and coordinating payroll,
- Running the annual performance review process,
- Coordinating learning and development,
- Ensuring HR compliance with all company policies and relevant legislation,
- Develops, updates, implements and/or communicates personnel policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws and regulations,
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a secure and productive work environment.
**Job Requirement**:
- Bachelor's Degree or at least five (5) years of relevant HR experience in Tech Industry,
- Proven track record of success in all HR disciplines,
- Critical thinker with a constructive approach to problem solving,
- Excellent coordination and time management skills,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Demonstrated cross-cultural competencies,
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability,
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio) as well as the capacity to operate in databases including HRIS,
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and team leadership building.
- English Proficiency.
