**General Overview**

End-to-end HR role activities, including recruitment, people development, performance management, implementation of HR policies, and general HR administration across the branch.
Includes undertaking a range of administrative duties, following processes, and managing HR data & systems to ensure accuracy at all times.
You will manage South Sulawesi Branch and supervise Lampung's HR Specialist.
This position reports to the Head of Human Resources and has one subordinate.
**Roles and responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day HR operations and measure performance against defined KPIs
- Create and manage the budget of the HR department by monitoring expenditures.
- Manage the talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including onboarding, creating learning and development initiatives, and offboarding.
- Coordinate with line manager to assist and facilitate development and training to ensure all employees have the competencies to do the job.
- Responsible for processing employee satisfaction survey, company's performance review cycle
- Compile and present HR operational reports according to the set schedule
- Act as a mediator and resolve employee disputes (especially severe disputes)
- Implementing and executing the company's policies and procedures
- Updating and maintaining HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data
- Processing changes to employees' circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases.
- Ensuring that the end-to-end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times
- Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements.
- Addressing employees' queries (e.g., on compensation and labor regulations)
- Guiding staff and management of the company's HR policies and regulations
- Reporting on costs incurred on HR operations to the Head of HR
- Manage All General affairs mater, including but not limited to Asset management, transportation accommodation, office general supply, cleaning services, and security.
- Maintain good relationships with a government agency (Disnaker, regional government, etc.)
and the community around the branches.
- Ensure a conducive working environment through the implementation of HR policy and procedure and excellent communication with an employee across the organization (Industrial & employee relations)
- Supervising the HR Specialist

**Requirements**:

- Minimum eight years experience in HR Operations or Generalist or similar role with a minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in a supervisory role with proven experience in leadership
- Having an experience in plantation, agriculture, tech start-up, or similar industry is preferable.
- Deep Knowledge of Indonesia labor law implementation
- Having network with regional man power ministry, local government is preferable
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience in Human Resource Management System
- Used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders, also able to work in a fast-paced organization
- Excellent decision-making and analytical skills
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
- Good written and spoken English is a must
