**About the Company**

Our client is an integrated outsourcing services company who's committed to ensure client working for their core responsibilities effectively.
They are providing cleaning service, driver, office assistant, and technical officers who may assist the office or on-site needs.
This company already certified by ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 in 2015, and ISO 45001 in 2018.
**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with Director to ensure the HR aligned with the business strategy
- Developing and implementing employee training program (blue collar professionals) that aligned with company values
- Monitoring and evaluating the recruitment process
- Setting up and monitoring the KPI accomplishment to all employees
- Overseeing compensation and benefits for employees
- Ensuring the company comply with the HR Law & Regulation
- Providing monitoring, counseling and coaching service to staffs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in HR field
- 3+ years experiences at HR management role
- 5+ years handling HR processes
- Experienced using Talenta (HRIS System) is a big plus
- Experienced on dealing with ISO 45001; ISO 9001: ISO 14001 is a big plus
