Details of the offer

Managing employee attendance records and calculations for allowances.
Managing employees' insurance benefits, including registration and handling complaints.
Handling employee onboarding documentation processes.
Managing employee termination processes, including resignations, contract expirations (PKWT), and retirements.
Processing payment requisitions for the finance team.
Conducting productivity and engagement analysis and developing strategies for employee engagement programs.
Preparing periodic reports related to employee experience activities to support strategic decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to join immediately.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
At least 2 years of experience in human resources; fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Exceptional communication skills, especially in English, interpersonal skills, and administrative skills.
Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Extensive knowledge of Human Capital policies, systems, and legal regulations.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
