Bachelor in Psychology, Management, Business Administration or related from reputable university
1-2 years of experience in HRM, specifically for digital, data, tech or start-up industry
Have sufficient end to end human capital management knowledge
Have good understanding of Indonesian labor law and regulations
Have good interpersonal skills to interact and engage with other department
Excellent communication skills and self-organized
Proficiency in google sheets, google docs, Glints, Linkedin Recruiter or other similar tools
Ability to build a fun and productive organizational culture Experienced in working in a dynamic, start-up environment will be an advantage
