DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description: ? Design & create strategic planning and program for Human Resources Department to achieve its quality objectives and goals.
? Develops and implements effective recruitment strategy to fulfill the current and future manpower needs.
? Develops and executes accurate strategy to fulfill the employee competencies.
? Ensure and supervise the implementation of performance management system.
? Plan and monitor employee development program and employee reward system.
? Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Requirements:
? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or relevant field.
? Having minimum 3 year(s) working experience in Human Resources is required for this position in manufacturing.
? Have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Highly organized, proactive, flexible, dynamic, having strong leadership & customer-oriented.
? Having good knowledge about talent management, organizational development & labor law.
