Hrga Site Manager

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description: Manage Tax PPH report? Strong knowledge about UU Tenaga Kerja, Industrial Relation, Compensation and Benefit, Organizational Development, HRGA Site Operation.?
Assist in developing effective and timely recruitment process in order to create a solid Super Team.
Identify, design and implement team member training program, team building and development process.
Set and oversee KPIM?s of all team member to align with company?s goal.
Maintaining job descriptions for all site positions in the organization structure.
Ensure all legal compliances are met by keeping up to date with the human resource regulations in Indonesia.
Manage employee?s relation and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Manage to All HR and GA site operation

Job Requirement:

Age maximum 40 Year(s)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, any major
Having working experience in EPC industry for more than 5 years in HRGA field
Able to communicate in English
Strong knowledge about UU Tenaga Kerja, Industrial Relation, Compensation and Benefit, Organizational Development, HR Operation.?
Excellent in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook)
Open minded with cultural difference and be able to apply social perceptiveness when guiding/facilitating/instructing others.
Strong communication skills in both oral and written form especially in Bahasa Indonesia.
Willing to work in Balongan, Indramayu, West Java
