DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Job Description : Manage and review the preparation and consolidation across all functional budgets and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
Manage and review corporate human resources strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies set by the organization to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.
Manage and reviews guidelines and procedures which assist line management in implementing human resources policy, for example: employee training and development programs, safety and security programs, salary structure, performance appraisal and recognition, and compensation and benefit plans below the senior management level.
Manage and ensure the compliance of the organization?s practices with applicable labor legislation and collective labor agreements
Manage and ensure the articulation of the values and culture of the organization and proposes HR management activities which support the organization?s culture.
Manage the management of change through continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ?international leading practice?, changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.
Manage and ensure the implementation of functional policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls covering all areas of function so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
Manage and comply of all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the finance, accounting and tax function to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Ensure that all functional reports are completed timely and comply with international principles of corporate governance and standards, Bhimasena policies and standards.
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree / Magister degree in HR or relevant certification be preferred.
12-14 years? relevant experience in human resources of EPC & OM Power Plant? including at least 6 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
Having Excellent communication abilities.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems).
Having Leadership skills, and ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
Having Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
Having Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Having Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Maintain payment plan and benefits program.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Willing to be located in Batang, Central Java.
