Responsible for recruitment process by using variation recruitment channels, validating profile and conducting interviews.
- Developing SOP, Job description, policies, company rules, procedure/regulations and other strategies
- Maintain all development, implementation procedures is going well
- Maintain and oversees of all HR functions: recruitment, industrial relations, Performance Management and day today activity of HR Operational, leave balance record, maintain update personal files, employees database, attendance records, employee relations
- Managing and maintaining company's assets including building, office equipment, vehicle and warehouse to the best standard
- Preparing and handling BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Max age.
35 years old
- At least 5 years working experiences as HRGA Manager in ISP Company or IT Vendor Company.
- Good knowledge about HR Business Process/Spectrum
- Strong in leadership, negotiation, managing HRGA team capabilities.
- Have managerial and strategic skills in Human Capital Management
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Direct report to CEO
- Women are preferred
