Business Type: Japanese Automotive parts manufacturing**Job Description**:- All HRGA & Purchasing (Welfare such as canteen & uniform, also Indirect material such as stationery)- Industrial relation: Handle Union/Serikat only SPSI (Total employees around 1600 people)- Direct report to Japanese Director and President DirectorRequirement- Male / female- Age 40-50 years old, preferably 45 up- Can communicate well in Japanese language is preferred- Have experiences as HRGA in Japanese Manufacturing Company, more than 500 employees- Good knowledge about HR: Industrial Relation / Man Power Regulation**Salary**: Up to Rp20,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Industrial Relation, Man Power Regulation: 10 years (required)- HRGA Manager: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Japanese JLPT N3 level (required)
