Human Resources Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the fields of Law, Human Resource Management, Management, and Psychology
- Min 2 Years Experienced as Senior HRGA and Legal staff
- Thorough Understanding of Employment Law (UUTK) and Omnibus Law, as well as regarding HR and Assurance (BPJS)
- Mastering HR Management, Hiring Process (Recruitment), Payroll, KPI, and People Development
- A good understanding of HRIS is preferred
- Possess Skills in the administrative field
- Able to operate Ms. Office, Google Docs, and Sheets, as well as HRIS
- Having communication skills, leadership, honesty, initiative, multitasking, analytical thinking
- Possess good understanding pertaining to legal goods and be familiar with company law
- Having negotiation skills and resolution of HR problems
- Willing to stay permanently in Yogyakarta
