Hrd Officer

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibilities : Responsible for maintaining employee attendance, monthly payroll processes, overtime and leave
Responsible for controlling, monitoring and reporting BPJS Health & Manpower
Handle recruitment process including applicant screening and hiring process
Do the general office administration
Taking care of all the company's operational needs
Control and manages corporate documents
Maintain good communication between employees and HR & GA department

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology / Management / Law / Administration
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Having knowledge in handling BPJS, Jamsostek and recruitment matters
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
