- Familiar with HR software (HRIS)
- Experience in handling Union, Depnaker, BPJS process
- Experience with General Affairs (Surrounding Neighbor & Environment, Cleaning Service, Clinic, Security, Canteen, etc.)
- Proven track record in industrial relations and collective labor agreement negotiation

Make strategic planning for the achievement of organizational goals through, the preparation of work plans in the development of the Human Resources Division
Develop and Implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business need through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human resources
Develop and monitor overall Human Resources Strategies, Systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives
Have a comprehensive discipline program
Provide accurate and timely data to other departments and management
Finalizing and optimizing the System to provide accurate and timely data and reports
Reduce unexplained absenteeism
Manage well and have a good relationship with the Unions
Do CLA preparation for having a good CLA team for the negotiation
Have responsive and effective recruitment of contractual workers:

Good quality workers
b.
Law compliance
c. Low turnover
Develop a good working relationship with management and other department heads
Fulfill HR & GA Manager position to satisfactory management
Demonstrates effective leadership and supports company's goals on the spot
