employee permit reports as well as internal and outsourced employee monitoring
- Manage and resolve employee issues
- Knowledgeable in all labor Regulations
- Coordination with management and employees to build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Manage administrative needs for new employees, promotions and transfers
- Identify training needs
- Supporting employee performance appraisal
- Provide guidance performance management
- Male/Woman max age 35 years.
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, manajement, and related major
- Minimum 2 years in HRBP Field
- Solid oraltical experience and knowledge of all HR function
- Excellent administrative skills
- Strong leadership, business acumen, analytical thinking
- Ability to multitask in fast paced, manage time and work strict deadlines
