- Master the HR process and policies, become the bridge between function and HR, client needs analysis, consult with HR Recruitment/Risk/Security to develop effective and efficient solutions
- Create and maintain tracking and process SLA in recruitment process and employee change process to ensure all process are consistent with policies and regulations
- Develop the external and internal talent pool and pipeline to create mapping talent plan to accommodate future organization changes
- Assist VP/Manager HRBP in the departmental talent management and succession planning process to represent HR role as strategic partner for other functions
- Share responsibility for people related KPIs for other functions-understand reasons, propose and deliver improvement actions to represent HR role as strategic partner for other functions
- Build proximity relationship with line managers in department to represent HR role as strategic partner for other functions
- Collect and update function future organization plan in yearly basis and then do monthly checking with function on the validity of the org chart and JD
