**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement, administer and identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee/industrial relations and performance management issues
- Lead the implementation of employee's journeys programs to improve the employee experience
- Prepare termination and severance letters
- Design and manage corporate training & development program
- Develop and manage talent management program & implementation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in HR
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures, best practices and current regulations
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Familiarity with MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skill
