An exciting HRBP job has just become available at one of the leading FMCG companies. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this is a role for a HRBP who is a leader in their field.
About the HRBP Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving all people activities by managing the end-to-end HR process.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out HR work such as recruiting, employee relations, compensation and performance management of the local company

Promote the implementation of corporate culture and policies in local companies, support the implementation of various HR projects and processes in the local area

Implement and optimise the entry and departure process of local staff

Maintain and update HR system data in time, support HR system improvement and perfection

Conduct regular HR data analysis and reporting

To succeed in this HRBP role, you must at least have a bachelor's degree with over seven years' experience in the HR field, with experience in a multinational company.

Key Requirements:

HR Manager related experience in a FMCG/Pharma/Manufacturing is preferred

Knowledge of basic work in each HR module, familiar with recruiting and HR daily operations, familiar with local HR policies and regulations

Strong English language skills

Pressure resistant and strong interpersonal skills
