**Job Overview**

We are looking for an HR Strategic Department Head who is expert in managing all aspects of human resources starting from OD, Talent Acquisition and People Development.
You will support business needs and ensure implementation is in line with company strategy and goals.
The goal is to increase corporate value and enable business success through organizational structure design, recruitment, performance management, training and development.
**Job Descriptions**
- Building and implementing HR strategies and taking initiatives in accordance with the overall business strategy (OD, Talent Acquisition, People Development).
- Support current and future business needs through development, relationships, motivation and preservation of human assets.
- Perform Jobdesc Analysis, structure according to company needs.
- Carry out the calculation process of Man Power Planning.
- Carry out the employees recruitment and selection process.
- Building and overseeing all HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures within the organization.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance.
- Assess training needs to implement and oversee training programs.
**Requirements**:

Bachelor's Degree.
- Min.
4 years experiences as HRBP Manager/HR Strategy Manager/Talent & People Development Manager.
- People oriented and result direction.
- Able to lead a team.
- Active and clear communication.
- The ability to determine strategy along with leadership skills.
- Good active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships effectively at all levels of the organization.
**Experience**:

- HR Strategic: 4 years (preferred)
