The HR Staff supports core HR operations with a focus on contract management, employee lifecycle processes, foreign work permits, and compensation support, ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor laws.
Job Description:
1. Employment Contract & Data Management Monitor and process employee contract renewals.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR documentation.
2. Offboarding & Exit Process Handle resignations and terminations, including clearance, exit interviews, and final payments.Ensure return of company property and system deactivation.
3. Foreigner Work Permits (KITAS) Coordinate KITAS and work permit processes for expatriate employees.Liaise with government agencies and consultants for document preparation and renewals
