PersyaratanS1 Any BackgroundHave experience in HR in manufacturing for at least 5 years.Have knowledge and skills in Employment Insurance/ BPJS Employment / Health Admin.Proficient in using and processing payroll data by HRIS or Manual.Proficient in using MS Office (Microsoft Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook).Have good communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive personality, also do work quickly and in detail.**Duties and responsibilities**:**Employment management & Compensation**: Performing personnel-related administration such as absence, leave, payroll, overtime, and BPJS.**People Development Management**: Manage training/learning, and performance appraisal.**Industrial Relations Management**: Disseminate rules and regulations, and ensure company policies are in line with applicable laws/PP.Ensure a comfortable, clean and safe working environment.Having knowledge of labor laws (UU 2003 No. 13, UU No. 20 of 2020 CIPTAKER & PP No. 35), etc.Willing to work in Karawang, Jawa Barat or Cibitung BekasiTanggung JawabDetail-oriented likes to learn new things and relate to other people.Likes to develop employee potential.Making an impact by working directly with the management team to achieve the company's vision and mission.
