**Role Description**
This is a full-time role for an HR Payroll Specialist.
You will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, administering employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management.
This is an on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia.
**Qualifications**
- Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies
- 2-5 Years experience in managing payroll processes
- Knowledge of employee benefits administration
- Strong personnel management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
