Hr Operations Supervisor

Jobdesc:

- Responsible for HR functions such as employee database, employment contract, etc
- Responsible for Payroll processing and compensation and benefit plans
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Organize regular employee performance reviews and undertake tasks around performance management
- Coordinate office maintenance, asset, supplies, and cleanliness to ensure office is well maintained
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Design employee SOPs, Jobdesc guides, Policies, and Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Arranging employee engagement events (outing, coaching, etc)

Qualifications:

- Proven working experience (at least 3 years) as a HR Generalist and lead the team
- Understand HR Operation such as Payroll System, Employment Contract, BPJS System, etc
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws Familiar in HRIS Systems (such as Talenta) would be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Well-organized, attention to details and able to work with deadlines

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
