**Key Responsibilities**:
- To support all HR activities related to organizational development, performance management and HR analytic
- Functions in order to support organizational growth
- Preparing and updating job descriptions and occupational classifications
- Update organization structure, Job Description and KPI in order to ensure all the job positions are accurate and up to-date
- Perform job analysis, and workload analysis process to ensure the organizational effectiveness
- Support performance management process and implementation
- Prepare HR analytic report
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably with 10+ year of experience in HR/OD function is required)
- Familiar in OD scope and common processes
- Highly self-directed with the ability to take initiative
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
