We are a Logistic Company that operates in Central Jakarta, and currently opening a position for the HR Manager who is responsible for leading and managing the entire Human Resources function across the company, including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, employee development, organizational structuring, and HR strategy.
This role ensures that HR policies, culture, and employee systems support operational efficiency, legal compliance, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities: A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Develop hiring strategy and manpower planning with department heads.
- Execute full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Implement competency-based hiring and standardized interview frameworks.
- Build talent pipeline for key positions (drivers, mechanics, managerial roles, etc.).
B.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Coordination- Ensure payroll accuracy in coordination with Finance.
- Define benefit structures: overtime, allowances, transport, incentives.
- Analyze salary competitiveness and adjust as required.
C. Performance Management- Implement KPI-based evaluation system for employees and operational roles.
- Ensure regular appraisal cycles: monthly, quarterly, annual.
- Identify under-performance and deploy corrective coaching programs.
Requirements & Qualifications: Must Have:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Management, or related.
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in HR generalist or HR managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law & industrial relations.
- Experience managing recruitment for operational and office roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Preferred:- Experience in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or heavy industry.
- Experience implementing performance management or HRIS systems.
- Experience building HR structure from early stage (scaling companies).
