What will be your main function and you will collaboration with:
With the support from HR Director, L&D and Talent Acquisition (TA) participate in the delivery of HR and people agenda actions in the unit and support line managers in related topics so that the outcomes support KONE's current and future business needs, attracts, engages, develops, and motivates employees and develops KONE as great place to work.
Daily Responsibilities:

- Successfully drive HR and people agenda and participate to the design, development, and delivery of different actions so that the outcomes meets KONE's current and future business needs, attracts, engages, develops, and motivates employees and develops KONE as a great place to work.
Work together with other HR teams (L&D and TA) to achieve these.
- Work together with other HR teams to deliver and achieve success in the following areas:

- Learning and Development - e.g.
competence and talent development priorities, leadership team and critical talent development, global program nominations, training needs and priorities
- Organizational Development - e.g.
organization design, restructuring and job evaluation
- Culture and engagement - e.g.
strategy and values communication, nurturing KONE culture
- Change management - e.g.
driving business transformation in units.
- Understand business requirements and strategic objectives and help to turn them into HR and people agenda priorities together with the HR Director, L&D, TA and HR Services teams drive the alignment and consistency and take responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, processes and systems to ensure HR is aligned with the business strategy and goals.
- Ensure employees and their competence levels meet current and future business needs (long and short term workforce planning, deployment of strategic workforce plan, monitor and analyse headcount cost development).
**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience in multinational company, business experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Driving implementation of strategic HR Topics
- Proven track record of successful roles in multi-cultural business environment
- Excellent influencing and communication skills
- Diverse experience in coaching and developing talent and teams
- Experience in working across functional/business lines in a global matrix organization
- Hands-on project management and change management experience
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- Fluency of English + knowledge of one additional area language is an asset
