Hr Manager

An attractive HR Manager job opportunity has just arisen in a multinational company with a new business unit in financial services. You will be handling everything from the scratch with a small headcount and liaise directly with the global team.
About the HR Manager Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for handling end-to-end human resources management, together business partnering with the management board in setting all the business needs from zero, in HR area.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions and build up team

Implement strategies and methods on CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc.

Take full responsibility of offers (including offer proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates, etc.)

Work closely with HQ HR team, and support local execution of global processes (talent acquisition, talent management, talent rewards, learning and development, human resources operations)

To succeed in this HR Manager role, you will need to have good understanding about talent market especially in the financial services industry.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources or related field is required

Minimum of five years' work experience in the HR field

Financial services background is preferred

Good command of English both in speaking and writing, Chinese is a plus as the candidate is required to work with Chinese-speaking stakeholders

Strong communication and coordination skills

A fast learner with a can-do attitude, self motivated, open minded
