Job Description
Maintain partnerships with geographically distributed HRBPs, TA and other HR Operations team members.
Help scale various HR programs to create efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs.
Enhance the people and workplace experience through localized people initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle, including process improvements, data & insights.
Will liaise with other departments such as Compliance, Legal and IT Governance to ensure systems which are implemented will comply with regulatory requirements.
Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the Business Center
Manage data associates at Business Center area such as Attendance report, OT, Sick Leave, Disciplinary actions
Responsible for resignation process and updates, and conducting exit interview
Placement of job advertisements in job portals, newspapers or other medium
Coordinate interview arrangements for stakeholders and candidates; follow up on candidates' application status and subsequent appointments
Conduct screening and interview for candidates
Review and resolve Legal/Industrial Relations Issues, to comply with company regulations and Indonesia Labor Law. Do an effective, thorough and objective investigations for the encountered HR related matters, and propose solution with action plan
Familiar with ISO System, HR & Performance Management & System.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree - Psychology, Management, Industrial dl Development, HRBP / HR generalist area.
Experience in Industrial Relation, Recruitment, Org. Structure Analysis, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Manpower planning
English, Fluent both written and spoken
Experience of working cloud-based HR systems is highly desirable
Experience working with councils and legal matters
Minimum 5 years experience in broad HR roles .HR management experience on senior level, knowledge of local HR standards, procedures and legal related topics.
