DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN We have been retained by one of our clients in Jakarta. Our client is?an innovative solution provider specializes in plastic pipe and fitting systems for residential and commercial building applications as well as for building and infrastructure projects across multiple continents.?Responsibilities:Develop and support the Indonesia strategy and roadmap.Responsible for accurate Manpower Planning and Talent Management of the Indonesia Region.Oversee and responsible for the internal control framework.HR Business Partner of Commercial Directors Indonesia and the Sales team.Responsible for the resource planning of the Indonesia HR function.Collaborate with legal, treasury and tax department to ensure compliance.Collaborate with all functional areas to provide HR info.Optimization and harmonization of HR end-to-end processes.Ensure appropriate diligence in following the Company's policies and management of HR master data.Ensure adequate support to HR Director, ensure compliance with plicies and execute within APAC HR guidelines.Analyse, provide feedback, and drive Employee Engagement within the region.Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.At least 10 year(s) of working experience in International environment with Multinational Company.Extensive knowledge in HR Business Partner, Employee Engagement and local statutory laws, Project planning, and Operations.Extensive experienced on standardization, harmonization and automation within financial end-to-end processes.Experience in working with Shared Services and in matrix organization.An entrepreneur who is able to think divergent ; self-starter with hands-on mentality ; strategic thinker, supporting M&A business case.Outstanding communication skills, analytical skills and proactive in facing problems.Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.Full-Time position(s) available.
