About the HR Manager Role:
Reporting to the HR Head, you will partner with functional leaders to grow the business and engage with key stakeholders to provide support for the change management process.
Key Responsibilities :
Industrial relations and employee relations
Partner with the functional leaders to identify, assess and manage workforce planning, including staffing needs, producing forecasts
Enable talent acquisition initiatives by developing recruitment and retention strategies
Develop the organisation's policies for talent benchmarking and talent assessment

To succeed in the HR Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior management teams, across borders and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
HR generalist with more than 15 years of experience and has relevant managerial position in a manufacturing/industrial environment
Willing to be based in Cilegon area
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Some change management experience or knowledge is an added advantage
Fluency in English is mandatory
