An exciting HR Manager job has just become available at one of the most respected automotive companies based in Jakarta. Reporting directly to Asia Pacific HR Director and Country Head, your main responsibility will be to support a large, complex business unit with a regional remit.
About the HR Manager Role:
Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the HR Manager will play a key role in the HR team’s continued development and success in its new Jakarta office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a full spectrum of HR services, policies and programmes and oversee the hire to retire, employee life cycle across the Indonesia business
Build on and rework current HR provisions, while formulating new comprehensive long-term HR strategies and operational plans that align to the organisation’s business objectives and corporate agenda
Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountability
Develop an understanding of business operations and objectives to assure HR priorities and activities are strategically aligned with those of corporate HQ
Push new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve the efficiency of the department
Participate and oversee daily HR administration recommending new approaches, practices and procedures for continual improvement
Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses

To succeed in this HR Manager role, you must be highly driven, have excellent communication skills and be a highly creative thinker in getting the job done.
Key Requirements:
At least seven years' HR experience from MNC industries
Business acumen
Conceptual thinking, yet strong action and results oriented
Pragmatic approach and bottom results oriented
Continuous improvements mindset, and experienced change management
Highly proactive, and has high initiative
