A multinational FMCG company is seeking a tenured and strong HR Head to join their team in Surabaya.
About the HR Head for Factory Role:
Reporting to the HR Director, you will responsible for providing site-level leadership to a team of HR professionals and support to all manufacturing site operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee plant HR activities including payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance development, union relations, etc.
Maintain records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations and employee statistics for government reporting
Represents the Company in Union-related activities including negotiations, grievance resolution, arbitration, etc.
Coordinate employee training, both mandatory and developmental
Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the factory
Collaborate with respective partners on investigations of employee complaints, legal cases, accidents etc.
To succeed in this HR Head for Factory role, you must have HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field and from an accredited institution
At least 10 years' HR Manufacturing experience inclusive of a Union
Ability to function effectively in a business partner role
Ability to build rapport, establish trust and credibility and provides winning solutions across all levels of employees
Demonstrate ability to manage employment law issues
Fluency in English
