Administer and maintain employee database
- Assist in recruitment process
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Responsible for handling BPJS, Payroll.
reimbursement, business trip, and other related employee benefits
- Responsible for handling Outsource vendor and employee
- Bachelor's degree from Psychology/Human Resource Management/Industrial Management
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Personalia or HR Generalist
- Have experience or knowledge in outsourcing company
- Advanced skill in Ms. Office (Ms. Power Point, Ms. Excel & Ms. Word)
- Confident with strong communication & interpersonal skill
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- People oriented
