Developing organizational guidelines and procedures
- Creating on boarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records
- Organize, conduct, and evaluate employee development plans, quarterly and annual employee performance reviews, and produce and submit reports to the Management
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field, experience in labor relations and compliance, experience managing compensation and benefits programs, and thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations 2+ years implementing tactics to improve performance management
- Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company (excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, and able to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems
- Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
