**Manage overall HR & Administration functions**: recruitment, compensation & benefit, human resources report, time attandence, leave, etc
Create and review employee employment contracts (PKWT) as well as conduct performance appraisal (PA)
Create HR Procedures such as SOP Program, job description, training and development
Assist HR Manager in the implementation of policies related to human resource organizational, recruitment & retention: taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns, compensation & benefits
Establish working relationships with facility provider vendors
Establish working procedures for inspection and maintenance facilities
Handle complaints related to office facilities and infrastructure
Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law
Working with managers, coaching them and advising on all issues
Coordinate with other departments, make monthly work targets and present work to management
Age maximum 35 years old
At least bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same position
Attention to detail, fast learner and integrity
Have experience with ACCURATE system
Have time management & change management skills
Have great responsibility, mature person & can work under pressure
Have good leadership skills & decipline
Have attitude relation and able to communicate with all employees (all level)
Have a strong knowledge of Indonesian Labour Regulations and Local Labour Authorities-DISNAKER
Have driving license (SIM A)
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
