- Develop training plans, competency plans, matrix & employee competencies
- Identify & develop a talent management also collaborating acroos the company
- Understanding of Training Needs Analysis and Competency Matrix
- Create Assessment Centre to looking talent pool for Talent Management Program
- HROD annual fixed : Structure Organization, update job description, Performance
- Evaluate, plan & cooperate with relevant department leaders to determine the training needs of all departments in the Company, based on Performance Appraisal and Job Competencies
- At least 3 - 4 year of experience in the same field.
- Have experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA) & training program designing.
- Understand the steps to set appropriate modules for the organization's needs.
- Able to do training effective evaluation.
- Ability to multitask and be organized in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills, good communication
- Highly adaptable, collaborative and resourceful (to work as part of a team or independently)
