In this business critical role, you will be responsible for handling People Development, Organisational Development, and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a road map, implement, and monitoring HR activities in the area of organisational development, recruitment, people development, and learning management
Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company
Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons learned into programme plans
Design and develop HR training programmes for management and employees
Develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans
Review evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments
Make assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance
Train employees on HR issues and practices. Presents course materials
Consult with management on performance, organisational and leadership matters. Conduct needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance
