Handle the organizational data collecting, data processing, data analysis, and management reporting.
Develop and manage monthly or yearly employee appraisal form.
Help user from many different level to plan and consult each function's KPI development, productivity, performance, etc.
Consult with management to identify business processes.

Bachelor degree preferably from Statistic, Management, Psychology, or Human Resources related area.
Passionate about organizational data is a must.
Excellent data analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent numerical ability and attention to details.
Proficient in using Excel and data analytics visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Ability to work in close coordination and collaborate with all departments
