**About the Role** -Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you're ready to be our **HR Compliance Specialist**.
In this role, you will be an integral player within the People Operations based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Focusing heavily on HR Compliance main processes, you will help to ensure that the company adheres to legal standards and policies administration, stay up to date on all general labor law compliance and issues, thoroughly understand compliance laws, and provide adequate compliance data/report to regulator, and auditor.
The folks in the GTF People Operations team(s) will be your companions on this ride.
Your efforts will band together to enhance the company's operational excellence
**What You Will Do**
Responsible for preparing and monitoring all licensing, any business permit-related with HR and also dealing with Local Government Collaborating with the legal team to draft policies to facilitate a better compliance stance in the company.
Coordinate with Compliance team and People Business Partner to submit all reports related with compliance that requested by Regulator and Association Support end to end audits process while working through the People Business Partner community in a timely and effective manner
Facilitate mandatory training that is requested by regulator with L&D team Getting updates on every employee-based regulatory and legislative changes and/or modifications and ensuring that developments in rules and policies are restructured with HR, policy and system
Researching changes in rules and regulations, analyzing their effect on the company, and communicating findings report to manager
Compile and update all HR Compliance Document in HR Compliance Library
**What You Will Need**
A minimum of 1 year HR Function or Compliance experience
Excellent problem solving skills to drive and tailor your strategies and creatively identify new solutions to resolve challenges
An understanding of HR main processes; ability to creatively identify new solutions to unlock pipeline and remove roadblocks to ensure efficiency
A team player and highly collaborative to create ideas that will make the job easier and more efficient.
Passion to learn new skill and knowledge
Ability to manage and prioritize several tasks in hand to complete all tasks on time

Our HR Operations & Analytics team is a big family of over 20 team members stationed in Indonesia, India, and Singapore.
The gist of our role is to be a strategic operations partner in delivering people operational excellence to further scale GTF.
Working closely with the various COE teams, it's our job to ensure we offer an exceptional employee experience for all of our GTF employees.
All that said, don't be fooled by our hard work; we know how to play hard, too.
