Hr Comben Supervisor

Requirements:

- Male or female, max 35 years old.
- Having experiens as HR Compensation and benefit from manufacturing industry at least 2 years.
- Having knowledge about compensation and benefit program, policies, prosedurs, regulation and Payroll too.
- Having experience to managing compensation and banefit in HRIS.
- Having experience to manage and analyze labor cost monthly and yearly.
- Excellent to operate Ms. Excel.
- Detail Oriented.
- Fluent in english is advantage.
- Placement : Ejip Cikarang.
