**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide expert input across a range of HR issues
- Design and deliver high impact solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Liaison between Head of Division, Head of Department and Division as a whole to central HR and where accountable define policies and processes that support the organization.
- Supervise all HR processes in a division to ensure that policies are aligned, enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve performance.
- First hand support and advisory on manpower fulfillment/recruitment process.
- First hand support and advisory on employee development plan.
- First hand support and advisory on performance management process.
- First hand support and advisory on analytics and services (include HR Audit).
- Prepare periodic report related to HRBP services.
- Provide high quality industrial and employee relations advice and services.
- Conduct negotiations dealing with industrial relation matters, including provide industrial advocacy services before Industrial Relations and other tribunals.
- Maintain legal and policy compliance in order to reduce legal risks.
**Requirements**:
- At least 7+ years' experience in Managerial level with proven experience in HR field (Recruitment/Training/Culture or Engagement/Talent Management)
- Background from Digital, Retail, FMCG or Tech industry is preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office packages, especially in Excel and formulas
- Good analytical thinking
- Broad knowledge and confidence
- Able to manage team
- English proficiency is a must
