Responsible for supporting specific function and business unit in addressing their human resources related needs
- Work closely with designated business groups, line management and executive teams across all aspects of human resource related areas - Develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies and / or adopt relevant policies for local implementation - Develop workforce plan and guide talent management activities - Resolve escalated employee relation matters and recommend potential changes as appropriate based on the root cause of the cases - Support significant employee life cycle events as appropriate
