This is a 12 months fixed term contract with ByteDance.
**Responsibilities**:
1.
Partner closely with business units & recruitment teams to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with Product strategy people strategies.
4.
Guide employees through their pre-onboarding & onboarding experience, provide an effective landing program, and continued 1:1 coaching in their first 90 days leading up to probation management and its implementation.
5.
Work with business teams to manage the employee lifecycle from pre-onboarding to separation and ensure support & guidance to leaders & stakeholders at every step.
6.
Be the ambassador of ByteDance organizational culture and plan and implement culture building activities to continue driving employee engagement.
1.
3-5 years of experience as an HRBP with high exposure to Talent Acquisition & Human Resource Operations.
2.
High sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, and wear multiple hats on a daily basis.
3.
Ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced and complex international organization.
4.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
5.
Detail oriented with strong written, oral and verbal presentation skills
6.
Excellent time management and creative problem-solving skills
